They also seized two knives with blades approximately eight inches in length, which were located near the driver’s seat in the vehicle. Ferrin remains in custody at the Buena Vista County jail and additional charges have been added. These include: possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, with intent to deliver, a class B felony; possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, marijuana and two counts of failure to affix a drug tax stamp, all class D felonies; carrying weapons, a serious misdemeanor; and possession of drug paraphernalia, a simple misdemeanor.
