The Iowa High School Speech Association (IHSSA) has released the list of students who were nominated to attend the All-State Festival later this month. Fourteen participants from seven local schools, including Carroll, Denison, IKM-Manning, Kuemper, South Central Calhoun, Audubon and Paton Churdan, will perform in nine different categories at the event. The All-State Festival will be held on the University of Northern Iowa campus in Cedar Falls on Monday, March 25. Opening ceremonies began at 8:30 a.m., followed by individual showcases in various buildings throughout the day.
