The Carroll County Sheriff’s Office, Carroll Fire Department and Carroll County Emergency Medical Services all responded to a single-vehicle rollover accident this (Tuesday) morning. Reports began coming in at approximately 9:50 a.m. about the incident on Highway 30, north of Ralston. Some witnesses have said it appeared the occupant was trapped in the vehicle.
