Two people were taken into custody on Wednesday for the theft of a credit card, reported on Friday, Oct. 19. The Carroll Police Department reports that 23-year-old Tyler John Thielsen and 23-year-old Jori Amber McConnell were arrested at approximately 7:25 p.m. They have both been charged with unauthorized use of a credit card, an aggravated misdemeanor. Authorities also observed Thielsen driving in the 900 block of North East Street, for which he has been charged with driving on a suspended license, a simple misdemeanor.
