Trial information was filed last week in Carroll County District Court against a Carroll man accused of selling narcotics. Originally charged with delivery of methamphetamine, a class C felony, 21-year-old Taylor John Kramer now faces an additional drug trafficking charge. According to court records, Kramer allegedly made at least two, five gram or less transfers, one on Feb. 3 and another Feb. 24, and was arrested March 14 following an investigation by the Carroll Police Department. Kramer is scheduled to appear for an arraignment hearing next Monday, April 2.
