As part of a plea agreement, the incarceration, fine and associated court costs are suspended, and he will be placed on probation for three years with the Second Judicial District Department of Correctional Services and pay a $125 law enforcement surcharge. Schumann is considered a habitual offender with at least four third-offense or more operating while intoxicated charges, class D felonies.
