A Schaller woman and Ruthven man were taken into custody by the Storm Lake Police Department on Tuesday for warrants out of Sac and Ida Counties. At approximately 7 p.m., officers responded to Highway Street on a report that the wanted persons were located there. Upon arrival, they made contact with 33-year-old Jacquelyn Troxel and 37-year-old William Bailey. Troxel was wanted on two warrants, one out of Sac County for failure to appear on a driving while suspended charge and another out of Ida for a violation of probation, possession of a controlled substance. She was booked into the Buena Vista County jail and was further charged with interference with official acts, a simple misdemeanor, for providing false information as to her identity. She is being held on a $5,000 bond. Bailey was wanted on a Sac County warrant for forgery, a class D felony. He too was wanted on Ida County warrants for contempt of court, failure to pay fines, possession of a controlled substance, third offense and failure to affix a drug tax stamp. He is being held in the Buena Vista County jail without bond.
