Probation revocation paperwork has been filed in Carroll County District Court for a Carroll woman on parole. In December of 2016, 33-year-old Nicole Marcella Kidney was sentenced to three years of probation in lieu of a five-year prison sentence on six counts of third-degree burglary. According to court records, Kidney was convicted of additional burglary charges while on probation. She was subsequently ordered to serve her original prison sentence and released from custody in February on parole. Two weeks after her release, Kidney allegedly entered or attempted to enter 13 homes in Panora with intent to commit burglary. Recommendations were submitted that a warrant be issued for her arrest and a probation revocation hearing be held.
