The Iowa State Patrol has reported a fatality accident occurred at approximately 2:31 Monday afternoon on Highway N28, south of Lytton. According to the official report, a 2017 Jeep Wrangler drifted into the west ditch, struck a field drive, ejecting the driver as it rolled. The driver was pronounced dead at the scene, but their name has not yet been released.
