There were only minor damages and no injuries reported in a two-vehicle accident in Arcadia on Monday. The Carroll County Sheriff’s Office reports that at approximately 6:37 p.m., 49-year-old Craig Lee Gruhn of Manning had stopped his 2003 Oldsmobile Silhouette at a posted stop sign at the intersection of 190th and Division Streets. Gruhn waited for a pickup truck to pass and then entered the intersection, striking a 2002 Chrysler Concorde, driven by 18-year-old Kristina Marie Fuller of Denison. Gruhn will be cited for failure to yield the right of way.
