More Than $141,000 In Grants Awarded Through Timmerman Trust

Trustee of the Warren H. Timmerman Charitable Foundation, Iowa Savings Bank, has released the list of grant recipients for the 2018 cycle and a total of more than $141,000 in distributions. As per the conditions of the trust, at least half must go to charitable organizations and causes in Manning. Fourteen grants were awarded this year, including $18,500 to Kellan’s Kingdom for the Miracle League ball field, Arcadia, Glidden and Ralston firefighters and the City of Breda for Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) and $35,000 to the City of Manning for the completion of the Trestle Park Trail to Manning Regional Healthcare Center (MRHC) and City Park. Since its inception, the Timmerman Charitable Foundation has distributed more than $1.68 million for charitable purposes in Carroll County. A full list of recipients can be found below.
