The Manning Police Department will be hosting a concealed carry permit class on Sunday, Feb. 25 at the Warren H. Timmerman Shelter House in Manning City Park. Cost to participate is $35 per person, with all proceeds going to the City of Manning. To register for the class, please call the Manning Police Department at 712-655-2200.
