Any Iowa students who are considering attending or learning more about the U.S. Service Academy are invited to an open house at the beginning of August. Senator Joni Ernst will host the Friday, Aug. 10 event from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the Camp Dodge Freedom Center in Johnston. The open house will showcase the opportunities to serve while also receiving a full four-year scholarship to some of the nation’s finest institutions of higher learning. Ernst, as well as representatives from all branches of service, including the U.S. Coast Guard Academy, will be represented. An RSVP is requested, and can be done through the contact point below.
