As of Friday of last week, contractors working on the Grant Road and Highway 30 intersection project were down to 12.5 working days for completion. City Manager, Mike Pogge-Weaver, says that the recent spate of wet weather has impacted all road construction projects across the state, and this one is no exception. To date, paving completion is still needed on Grant Road and Maple Street and new traffic signals need to be installed. Those are expected to be delivered within about a week and a half. A count of working days does not include weekends, holidays and can exclude weather related delays.
