Gov. Kim Reynolds has named three Carroll residents to serve on several Iowa boards and commission. On Thursday, Reynolds appointed Kathy Behrens to the Board of Educational Examiners, Dr. Kyle Ulveling to the Iowa Board of Medicine and Chad Jensen to the Commission on Tobacco Use Prevention and Control. These appointees will begin terms on their respective boards on Tuesday, May 1, pending approval from the Iowa Senate. Eight other people from the area were chosen to serve on state boards.
