A Glidden-Ralston Community School District employee has been arrested in connection with the sexual exploitation of a student. On Monday, the Carroll County Sheriff’s Office and Carroll County Attorney, John Werden, confirmed that 28-year-old Evan Michael Genter of Glidden had been taken into custody and officially charged with sexual exploitation by a school employee, a class D felony. The complaint filed with Iowa District Court for Carroll County says that through admission and witness statements, it was determined that the illegal behavior occurred between Jan. 5 and March 9 of this year. Genter posted a $5,000 bond and was released. This case remains under investigation.
