The City of Glidden has announced the winners of the 2018 Outdoor Lighting contest. On Monday evening, a panel of judges traveled throughout the community and rated all the decorated homes and buildings in town. Based on the judges’ scores, Nick Stubbe’s display on Idaho Street was chosen as this year’s contest winner. Second place went to Jack Neubauer’s decorations, which can be found on Colorado Street, and third place was claimed by Jeremy Thooft, also located on Idaho Street. Any building adorned with lights was eligible to win, and prizes were awarded to the top spots. First place received a $50 credit to their electric bill, and second and third received $30 and $20, respectively.
