It was a busy weekend for Carroll city staff as they completed the move of city hall offices to the new, temporary space at 510 North Carroll Street in suite 2. The former space was closed down at 1 p.m. Thursday and the relocation began then, taking movers and staff members until mid-day Sunday. The city offices will reopen this morning (Monday) at 8 a.m. and operate their normal business hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday at this new location. The payment drop box at 112 East 5th Street will be accessible to residents for the time being and the contents will be collected daily.
