A Carroll woman was lucky to escape injury in a single-vehicle accident on Sunday morning. The Carroll Police Department responded to the scene at 6th and Railroad Streets at approximately 4:37 a.m. A 2006 Chevrolet Silverado, driven by 42-year-old Jill Bock of Carroll, was westbound on Railroad when she lost control of the vehicle. The truck entered the south ditch, rolling over onto its side.
