Carroll Tigers Prepare For ‘The Greatest Show On Turf’ With Homecoming Celebrations Throughout The Week

The Carroll Tigers are celebrating homecoming this week, and the schedule is packed with activities for fans and students to enjoy. Activities Director, Randy Bissen, says homecoming is one of the best times of the fall semester, and the high school students were ready to get things started Monday by showing up in their PJs.

Bissen says this week is all about showing Tiger pride. Nearly every fall sport is competing this week, and Bissen encourages fans to make it to as many of those contests as they can.

The theme for Carroll’s homecoming is “The Greatest Show on Turf,” and the 2018 court was announced on Friday. Queen candidates include: Grace Jorgensen, Gina Mishark, Taylor Mohr, Liz Promes and Jada Snyder. King candidates are: Devin Baack, Isaiah Badding, Max Neu, Jace Pettitt and Isaac Smith. Coronation will be at 7 p.m. on Thursday at the Carroll High School. The homecoming parade will be held Friday afternoon, starting at 1:30 p.m. Floats will travel from the little league fields east to Grant Road and then south to finish near Graham Park.
