A man accused of selling methamphetamine in Carroll was arrested today (Wednesday) by the Carroll Police Department. Twenty-one-year-old Taylor John Kramer was taken into custody on a controlled substance violation, a class C felony, as part of an ongoing investigation into the alleged drug deals. Following his arrest, Kramer was transported to the Carroll County jail where he remains in custody on a $1,000 bond. If found guilty of the charge, he faces up to 10 years in prison and a maximum of $10,000 in fines.
