A Carroll man was arrested for taking a nap in the wrong place. The Carroll Police Department reports they were notified at approximately 5:20 p.m. on Friday that there was an unknown male asleep on a couch in the 600 block of West 16th Street. Upon arrival, the officer arrested 54-year-old Robert Arnold and charged him with trespassing.
