Carroll Culver’s Named Midwest Regional Champs And Advance To Compete For $50,000 Prize

The Carroll Culver’s has been named one of the top franchise locations in the Midwest and is competing to be the best in the nation. The corporate offices started a contest several years ago, the Culver’s Crew Challenge, in which restaurants compete against each other to be the best in quality, service, cleanliness, hospitality, community outreach and training and development. Kevin Reincke, the Carroll location’s owner/operator, says winning the contest has been their goal every year, and they went through a gauntlet of tests to be recognized.

They are one of only 47 franchises that advanced to the next stage. In only six years, the Carroll Culver’s has gone from opening its doors to competing to be the top restaurant. He and his staff are proud of their accomplishment, but Reincke says the Culver’s Crew Challenge is not over yet.

They only need to score higher than a few stores in Wisconsin, Kansas, Illinois, Missouri and Texas to move on as finalists and compete for the national championship. The top five locations each receive $12,500. Reincke says if they make it to the last stage, his team members get to share in the rewards.

Top prize is $50,000 and that would also be divided among the crew. Winners will be announced in March of 2019 in Nashville, Tenn. at the Culver’s annual convention.
