It won’t take long to see big changes at the Kuemper fieldhouse site on Grant Road as demolition and renovation work got underway Monday morning. Kuemper leaders recently announced that they would be demolishing half of the old Kuemper fieldhouse that was constructed in the 1950s, and then work to renovate the other half, built in the 1970s, for use as storage. Work on that building will also include updates to have it match the design of the new fieldhouse. Photos and a video of the work can be found below.
