At approximately 7 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 6, the Carroll Police Department arrested two Carroll residents on drug charges. Jaqueline Burdette and Russell Thomas Burdette, both 57, were taken into custody and cited and released on charges of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, under 50 kg, a class D felony, and possession of methamphetamine, first offense, a serious misdemeanor. The charges stem from an incident on July 21 of this year.
