Tractor Crashes Into Grand Junction Library

The Greene County Sheriff’s Office responded to a single-vehicle tractor accident in Grand Junction on Friday. According to official reports, at approximately 6:36 p.m., 40-year-old Johnathan Laue of Grand Junction was working on a tractor. When he started it, the vehicle was in gear and it drove down the sidewalk until it hit a tree with the left rear tire. This caused the tractor to turn and it struck the Grand Junction Library, causing damage to the outside and an interior wall. No injuries were reported in the incident and no estimate of damages was provided.
