The Carroll Area Development Corporation (CADC) is working to strategize ways they can assist employers with employee development across the county. Executive Director, Shannon Landauer, says the need for employees is the number one topic CADC members hear about.
She said they will be looking to some different areas to begin the planning process.
They have been conducting an employer survey and it is only open through Friday. Landauer said it is important for employers countywide to provide their input and identify their needs, and they can still do so by contacting the CADC at 792-4383 or going online at www.carrolliowa.com. Once the survey closes, they will begin working on action plans.
