Jefferson Matters: Main Street will be focusing on signage with their next Business After Hours event, September Signs, Snacks and Suds. On Monday, Sept. 11 beginning at 5:15 p.m. at the Sierra Theater’s Business Center, a free presentation will be held offering examples of unique, eye-catching and size appropriate signage for businesses of all sizes. Tim Reinders, Main Street Iowa Design Consultant, will be leading the presentation and sharing ideas from his travels throughout Iowa and the various national workshops he has attended on this topic. He will assist all interested business owners with a full discussion on the dos and don’ts of storefront signage. A social hour gets underway at 5:15 p.m. with the one-hour presentation beginning at 5:45 p.m. No RSVP is needed for this event.
