Mt. Carmel native, Scott Siepker, and his co-host, Kellie Kramer, will be back on the airwaves with the seventh season of Iowa Outdoors on Iowa Public Television (IPTV) Wednesday, May 24, at 6:30 p.m. Siepker and Kramer travel around the state, learning about and sharing outdoor recreational offerings, environmental issues, conservation initiatives and natural resources. This season will focus on feature landscapes and activities such as: wind turbine climbing; whitewater paddling; mountain biking; and survivor camp. The pair will be highlighting these items in Carroll, Greene and Guthrie Counties locally. “Iowa Outdoors brings viewers stories of people, places and adventure, from border to border, from water to land and the trails in between,” says Andrew Batt, executive producer. “We bring you the beauty of Iowa with more features than ever before.” New episodes of Iowa Outdoors air weekly on Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m. and are re-aired on Saturdays at 9 a.m. A full schedule can be found at Iptv.org.
