We could get snow any day now, but committee members in Lake View are already looking for volunteers to help out with the 2018 Water Carnival. Kathleen Gunderson will be making water floats again for next year’s event, but she is looking for an apprentice to pass the torch on to in the future. Other long-time volunteers are also looking for successors, including Connie Hoft, who coordinates Art in the Park, and Pam Wollesen, who has been the Water Carnival Treasurer for decades.
