Iowa Senator Joni Ernst is putting out a call to Iowa college students and recent graduates who are interested in learning more about policy, constituent services, communications and much more. Ernst’s office is now accepting internship applications for her Iowa and Washington, D.C. offices for this fall. Ernst says no matter where they work, these congressional internships provide the next generation of leaders with insight into the issues most important to Iowans. Iowa interns will assist constituents and attend local events while Washington, D.C. interns will learn about communications, the legislative process, give tours of the U.S. Capitol and help with constituent services. Ernst has offices in Des Moines, Davenport, Cedar Rapids, Sioux City and Council Bluffs. More information on how to apply can be found below.
