A Ralston woman was arrested last weekend after an investigation by the Audubon County Sheriff’s Office on theft charges. According to Sheriff Todd Johnson, 25-year-old Rachel Elaine Hill was taken into custody at approximately 9:30 a.m. Saturday morning. She was transported to the Audubon County Jail and charged with fifth-degree theft, a simple misdemeanor, after an investigation into the unlawful use of a check. Hill plead guilty to the charges and was released. She was ordered to pay fines and nearly $200 in restitution.
