The NEW Cooperative Foundation is once again showing their commitment to supporting local 4-H youth programs through donations to area clubs. Recently, the foundation gifted $43,545 to cover half of each 4-H youth’s dues in NEW Cooperative’s trade territory. This includes Carroll, Calhoun, Greene and Sac Counties. [As well as Webster, Franklin, Pocahontas, Humboldt, Hamilton, Kossuth, Cherokee, Plymouth, Monona and Woodbury counties.] Foundation members continue to support the programs because they strongly feel that 4-H helps youths build the foundation to become future leaders in our local communities. They are excited for them as they gain all of the valuable skills and knowledge the program has to offer.
