Twenty-five-year-old Danica Arzaga has been located and arrested for the alleged abduction of her three children on Tuesday, which resulted in a state-wide AMBER Alert. Arzaga was taken into custody Wednesday afternoon in Sioux City after the Sioux City Police Department was notified of her whereabouts. She remains in custody. The search for Arzaga began on Tuesday after she was identified as the person who took eight-year-old twin girls, Adia and Lillian Johnson-Enos, and four-year-old Olivia Sophia Arzaga from Royal. They were found safe that evening in Sanborn, about 26 miles from Royal, and returned to family members.
