A Manilla man has had his probation revoked and was taken into custody early this morning (Tuesday) by the Audubon County Sheriff’s Office. At approximately midnight, 37-year-old Spencer Reigh Lile was taken into custody at a residence in the 200 block of Church Street in Audubon on two outstanding warrants. Lile’s revocations were the result of his violating the terms of his probation following a November 2016 sentencing for two counts of possession of a controlled substance, second offense. Lile is being held on a $4,000 bond and will appear before the magistrate on Monday, May 22.
