Man Sought By Sac County Sheriff’s Office Arrested In Council Bluffs

An Odebolt man wanted by the Sac County Sheriff’s Office has been located and arrested in Council Bluffs. At approximately 9:58 a.m. this morning (Thursday), 43-year-old Stephen Ray Campbell was arrested and booked into the Pottawattamie County Jail on drug and child endangerment charges from Sac County. He is currently being held on an $11,600 bond. Campbell was sought by authorities in connection to a search warrant executed at his home on March 7. During the search, deputies found substances believed to be marijuana, methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. Three children were found in his home at the time of the search, and their babysitter, 40-year-old Sheila Marie Boell, of Odebolt, was arrested on an outstanding warrant from Kansas.
