A Kimballton man has been detained after a traffic stop on Tuesday morning. At approximately 1 a.m., an Audubon County Sheriff’s Deputy stopped 39-year-old Anthony Joseph Miller in the 2600 block of Goldfinch Ave. east of Kimballton. Miller has been charged with operating while intoxicated, third offense, a class D felony, possession of marijuana, no driver’s license, no insurance and other traffic violations, simple misdemeanors. He was transported to the Audubon County jail and held on a $6,000 bond.
