A Jefferson resident is taking action after having a bottle suspected to contain urine thrown onto his lawn for the third time this year. At approximately 7:11 p.m. Wednesday night, the gentleman contacted the police department to report the occurrence on North Cedar Street. No property damage has occurred, but the resident told authorities he was working to place cameras on the property to bring an end to the problem.
