Glidden Holds Tree Lighting Ceremony Wednesday, Nov. 22

The City of Glidden is bringing a tradition back to town for residents with a community tree lighting ceremony. The massive tree currently sits a half-block north of city hall near the intersection of 2nd and Idaho Streets. The celebration begins at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 22. Attendees will be begin with the singing of Christmas carols and kids will get a visit from Olaf, the lovable snowman from Disney’s Frozen. The festivities conclude with the lighting of the tree at approximately 5:30 p.m.
