Four people were arrested after a fight on Wednesday, Oct. 18. The Carroll Police Department responded to 1215 Plaza Drive at approximately 11:42 p.m. Taken into custody immediately following the incident were 19 year old Jaret Michael Bruns of Mound City, Kan. and 24-year-old Brett Allen Sharpe of Table Rock, Neb. Both of these men were released after posting bond. Twenty-four-year-old Joseph Andrew Riesberg of Lanesboro was also arrested on Wednesday night, but was held. On Thursday, police arrested 20-year-old Ridge McKay Cummings of Mound City, Kan. All four of these men were charged with disorderly conduct, a simple misdemeanor.
