The inclement weather forecast for this afternoon and evening has resulted in a change of venue for the Carroll Chamber of Commerce’s 75th Anniversary reception. It will now be held in the enclosed shelter house at Southside Park, at the intersection of Main and Bluff Streets. Appetizers and refreshments will be served from 5 to 7 p.m. tonight (Thursday).
