Although Senator Joni Ernst will not be participating in the upcoming traveling office hours, regional directors in all 99 counties will be canvasing Iowa in the month of March. Representatives will be on hand to assist Iowans with problems and answer questions they may have about Social Security, veteran’s benefits, military affairs, passports, immigration issues and other federal programs. In our area, directors will be available on Wednesday, March 8 at several locations, including: the Manson City Hall at 10 a.m.; the Odebolt Public Library at 10:30 a.m.; at the Denison Norelius Community Library at 1 p.m.; in the Carroll County Courthouse downstairs meeting room at 1 p.m.; in the public meeting room at the Guthrie County Courthouse at 1:30 p.m.; and in the Greene County Courthouse board room at 3:30 p.m. In Ida County, representatives will meet with the public at 9 a.m. March 9 at the Holstein Lohff Schumann Memorial Community Center in Holstein and on Tuesday, March 21 at 10 a.m. in the Audubon Public Library.
