At approximately 9:44 p.m. on Monday night, a Jefferson Police officer came upon two women foraging through a recycling bin located in the 600 block of North Maple Street. It was soon revealed that one of the women, 41-year-old Vicki Jo Williams of Panora was wanted on two Guthrie County arrest warrants. She was taken into custody on those warrants for burglary, an aggravated misdemeanor, and fourth degree theft, a simple misdemeanor.
