A Denison man faces misdemeanor charges after allegedly providing alcohol to minors last week. At approximately 10 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 22, the Manning Police Department responded to a home on the 100 block of North 1st Street to find several minors in possession of alcohol during a campfire. An investigation into the incident revealed 20-year-old Jordan Dennis Schiltz provided the alcohol to the teenagers. Schiltz is being charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor, a simple misdemeanor. He is scheduled to appear at the Carroll County Courthouse for an initial appearance on Thursday, Sept. 28.
