A Denison man who was arrested on charges of contributing to the delinquency of minors for supplying alcohol in Manning on Friday, Sept. 22 has been arrested again for failure to appear on those charges. Twenty-year-old Jordan Dennis Schiltz was taken into custody by the Carroll Police Department on Saturday, Sept. 30 at approximately 4:04 p.m. during a traffic stop on East Highway 30 at Vine Street. Schiltz was to have made an initial appearance before the judge at the Carroll County Courthouse on Thursday, Sept. 28.
