The Coon Rapids-Bayard Community School District is holding student registration a day earlier than previously announced. Registration was originally planned for Friday, Aug. 11, but the district has moved it to Aug. 10. Families can submit applications from 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Thursday in the high school commons in Coon Rapids. Forms will be provided during the registration period. If parents have any questions regarding classes or cannot attend the Aug. 10 registration, contact the district office at 712-999-2208 to schedule a separate time to register. The CR-B back to school open house is scheduled for Tuesday, Aug. 22 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Classes begin for the Crusaders on Wednesday, Aug. 23.
