The special Carroll Community School District (CCSD) Board of Directors meeting scheduled for Thursday, March 9 has been postponed. The meeting was intended to begin lining up financing and technical services for the new stadium construction project slated to begin this summer. The board also planned to finish work on the fiscal year 2018 budget and schedule a date for a public hearing. A new date and time for the meeting has not yet been set.
