The Carroll Community School District (CCSD) Board of Directors is holding a special meeting this week to begin making arrangements for the stadium and next fiscal year’s budget. On Thursday, March 9, the board will discuss several proposed agreements for the stadium which secure long-term financing options, geotechnical surveys at the construction site on Grant Road and appoint an architectural firm to head the project. After approving those arrangements, the board will move into a budget workshop to finalize the fiscal year 2018 budget and set a date for the public hearing. The meeting will take place at the Adams Elementary School beginning at 5:15 p.m.
