A Carroll man has been ordered to serve 10 days in jail after being found in violation of his probation. Twenty-one-year-old Taylor John Kramer was found in contempt of court and sentenced last week. Kramer’s probation will continue as previously ordered once he is released. He was placed on probation after an incident in August of 2016 in which Kramer stole items from an unoccupied vehicle and then used credit cards from the incident without permission. He pleaded guilty to charges of third degree burglary and unauthorized use of a credit card, both aggravated misdemeanors.
