A Carroll man has been arrested and charged with two counts of theft. On Thursday, Aug. 24 at approximately 10 a.m., the Carroll Police Department took 44-year-old Shedrick Jamar Robinson into custody and charged him with theft in the third degree and theft in the fifth degree. The third-degree theft charge arises from an incident on Aug. 5 on 5th Street in Carroll, while the third-degree charge is from an Aug. 15 incident on U.S. Highway 30 and 6th Street in Carroll. No other details are available at this time.
